Paying
for your Cedar Lodge Camp fees
When
it comes time for payment, you can pay Cedar Lodge in one of the
following ways:
Payment through check:
These
can be for a deposit, full amount or partial payment as long as full
payment is made by June 1st.. Make out to "Cedar Lodge" and send to:

If signing up on line and choosing this option, please e-mail us
to
tell us that the payment is in the mail.
Credit
Card payments in the U.S.:
Can
be made only on line, NOT through phone,
mail or fax.
If paying the whole amount, credit card
payments can be
made either through Paypal, if you have a Paypal account, or by using
your own credit cards. We except any credit cards that paypal does (the
last time I checked that was Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express). Please
note that ALL Credit Card payments and
payments using Paypal will be charged an additional 3% service charge.
This is to cover the 3% charge that paypal charges us. Full payments
can be made by clicking the appropriate buttons below, or contact us
with details of what you would like to pay and we will send you an
e-mailed invoice that you can click and pay. You do not have to have a paypal
account to use their services for paying us with a credit card.
Note that full riding program fees has separate buttons. Change amount
of weeks to appropriate amounts for full riding program in shopping
card and "Update cart". Off camp season programs can also be
paid
using this method. Please contact us with the amount that you would
like to pay and we will be happy to send you an invoice with the 3%
figured in.
Payments from International
Clients:
If interested in paying by credit card, everything above applies except
for the costs. We charge exactly what
paypal charges us for their service. The paypal fees statement for
International payments is as follows: "The pricing table
above applies to domestic payments in US dollars.
There's an additional 2.5% charge for any currency conversion and a 1%
charge to receive payments from another country."
Cedar
Lodge International clients interested in using paypal for their camp
fees should contact camp with the amount or length of your camper's
stay. We will request an amount from paypal and invoice you
accordingly.
International clients may prefer to pay their camp fees through wire transfer.
This can be done directly from your bank account to Cedar Lodge's bank
account. There is usually a charge for this service from both your bank
and ours. The amounts varies. Cedar Lodge will only charge you what our
bank charges us for this service. Please contact Cedar Lodge if you
would like to pay through this method.
Early Payment, partial
payment, deposit, balance etc.:
If you would like
to pay a early payment (qualifying for discounts), partial payment,
deposit, balance, etc., We can still accept
credit card payments, either through Paypal if you have an account or
through your major credit card. Please e-mail us with
the amount that you like to pay. We will e-mail you an invoice. If you
already have a Paypal account, you can follow the same process and
"Send Money" to our camp e-mail address. Please note that ALL Credit
Card payments and payments using Paypal will be charged an additional
3% service charge.
Please Note:
Prices
listed do not reflect discounts, listed on the Cedar Lodge Camper
Application, for which you may qualify. If you are interested
in
receiving your discounts, are signing up for a specialty program not
listed or wanting to make a partial payment, it is best to e-mail us
with
a request for a payment invoice that you can pay
through paypal.
