We have always wanted to pick up an Irish Draft for the school string. The Irish horses are known to be good jumpers, hardy, good for novice riders and smooth so when the opportunity to purchase not one but two came up we jumped on it! Moki is a big boy and has mainly sat around doing nothing over the past group of years. That sometimes happens when you have horses. Life gets in the way and young horses sit. We have been riding Moki for a while this spring and LOVE him. He is green to be sure, but he has the potential to be a super addition to the Cedar Lodge string. We are very excited to see where Moki’s future will take him!
